a)  Reglamento interno del colombodromo argentino edición 2009.

VUELO SOBRE TIERRA, MAR Y OCEANO ATLANTICO.

Por primera vez nuestras palomas tendrán que volar 150 Km. sobre mar y entrar a territorio Argentino y volar MAS DE 550 KM para arribar a San Pedro (Buenos Aires).

TODO UN DESAFIO Y UNA PROESA A CUMPLIR.

1º) El palomar.

1.1.   Las medidas del palomar son de 42 metros de largo por 3.50 metros de ancho en su frente hacia el noreste y 26 metros de largo por 3.50 metros de ancho en lateral derecho con orientación norte y 33 metros de largo por 3.50 metros de ancho en lateral izquierdo con orientación sur este.

Esta construido con materiales de primera calidad, techo de chapa, revestimiento de machimbre,  frente de alambre artístico y rejillas de madera en todo lo que es piso.

Consta de 25 divisiones de 4 metros cada una con 100 posaderos c/u con un total de posaderos de 2500.

Cuenta con una plataforma de 8 metros por 5 metros, para ser usada como aterrizaje de las palomas y entrada de las mismas.

Anexadas al palomar se encuentran: un deposito de cereales y medicamentos, casa para el cuidador y un quincho para reuniones equipado con sanitarios, parrilla y centro de cómputos.

La entrada de las palomas se efectúa a través de una gatera electrónica de última generación marca TAURIS par la constatación de 9999 palomas, a través de 20 túneles de ingreso.

También posee  una  pileta de baño de 6 por 2 metros, con 3 caños para duchas.

1.2. El palomar, con frente al noreste lo que garantiza sol durante la mayoría de las horas del día, se encuentra emplazado en predio de la 1º estación de cría de palomas mensajeras argentina, que esta ubicado en la ruta 1001 km 5.2 de la ciudad de San Pedro.

1.3. El predio es de 2 hectáreas totalmente parquizadas y forestadas, alambre perimetral y seguridad privada permanente hacen que el lugar sea de absoluta confianza para desarrollar este evento.

1.4. La seguridad de las palomas esta garantizada por un cuidador y ayudante, cuya vivienda esta contigua a los palomares.

Además posee un sistema de alarma infrarroja, para detección de movimientos.

1.5. Horario de visitas:

 Se establecerá el siguiente horario de visitas:   viernes, sábados y domingos desde las 10.00 horas hasta las 18.00 horas, las visitas serán libres y gratuitas.

Los visitantes serán guiados por el encargado del colombodromo.

Queda expresamente aclarado que no habrá por ningún motivo, el ingreso a los palomares por parte de los visitantes y ni tampoco tocar las palomas.

2º) Las palomas.

2.1.  Los pichones ingresaran a partir del día 1º de junio hasta el día 30 de diciembre de 2008.

2.2. Los mismos serán anillados con anillos de identificación del año 2008, o habilitados por la Federación colombofila Argentina o anillos emitidos por el club de criadores de palomas de carreras, e ingresados por sus propietarios al colombodromo, con flete pago en origen.

PARA LAS PALOMAS EXTRANJERAS: el anillo de identificación que se deberá usar es el del país de origen, año 2008.

2.3. Para abaratar costos, se habilitara a colombófilos de distintas ciudades par realizar       la centralización de las palomas y la organización los pasara a buscar.

2.4  Al ingresar los pichones el propietario deberá obligatoriamente especificar en la planilla de inscripción  todos los iten determinados

2.5  UNA VEZ FINALIZADO EL CAMPEONATO HABRA TRES OPCIONES SOBRE EL DESTINO DE LAS PALOMAS: DEJARLAS PARA CORRER AL AÑO SIGUIENTE EN LA CATEGORIA MIXTA. ENVIARLAS A REMATE O RETIRARLAS EN UN PLAZO DE 15 DÍAS.

2.6  Siempre se respetara la propiedad del ejemplar, el dueño siempre es el dueño, pero una vez terminado el campeonato, se deberá definir el destino final del ejemplar.

2.7  Paloma que quede en el colombodromo una vez terminado el campeonato, transcurridos los 15 días de plazo, deberá abonar a la organización un canon de $ 10 por mes, en carácter de mantenimiento.

2.8   Las palomas solamente SE REMATARAN  por Internet..

2.9       Se realizara la puja por vía ofertas claras al foro de
colombofilia de vanguardia, elgolo277028 en yahoo grupos y se adjudicara al mejor postor.

2.10          Las palomas serán enviadas por vía expreso, micros, comisionistas, etc., y el adjudicatario deberá abonar los gastos de envío que aproximadamente es $ 40. por caja de 6 palomas.

2.11                También  podrán hacer las ofertas al teléfono del
colombodromo 03329-423750, DICHAS POFERTAS SERAN ELEVADAS AL FORO DE ELGOLO277028.

2.12          EN CASO DE RECIBIR ALGUNA OFERTA, FALTANDO 15 MINUTOS, PARA TERMINAR EL REMATE, AUTOMATICAMENTE SE AMPLIARA EN 15 MINUTOS MAS Y ASÍ SUCESIVAMENTE HASTA QUE NO HALLA MAS OFERTAS.

2.13          Nota importante:, toda paloma que llegue después del cierre de la ultima carrera será rematada por el colombodromo, en el precio que la organización determine y se respetara el 50 % del valor que se obtenga por el ejemplar para el propietario de la misma, para este caso no se resguardara la decisión del propietario de rematarla o no, si se dejara a CRITERIO DEL PROPIETARIO SI LA DESTINA PARA CORRER AL AÑO SIGUIENTE EN LA CATEGORIA MIXTA.

2.14           TODO COLOMBOFILO QUE FIJE BASE PARA EL REMATE DE SU PALOMA, SI NO HAY OFERENTES DEBERA ABONAR A LA ORGANIZACIÓN DEL Colombodromo, EL 50% DEL VALOR PREFIJADO

2.15          No habrá gastos para el comprador en la subasta, los gastos de rematador se hará cargo la organización del colombodromo.

2.16           Se podrá enviar las palomas en Capital Federal, directamente a transporte Pintor a la dirección estación Sola, avenida Pinedo 850, galpón 3 de 8 a 17 horas.con un costo por caja de $ 20

2.17           En Capital Federal a transporte Rucar, bar. Rió Nalón, calle Sarmiento 2108, señor Lorenzo, con un costo por caja de $ 20

2.18          Para todos aquellos colombófilos que residan en capital federal, y deseen que le retiremos los pichones de su casa, PODRAN ITILIZAR EL SERVICIO PUERTA A PUERTA Y tendrán que llamar al teléfono 03329-15546572 y al día siguiente se los pasare a buscar, solamente tendrán que abonar el flete directo que asciende a  $ 40 PARA CAPITAL FEDERAL Y $ 50 PARA EL GRAN BUENOS AIRES.

2.19          Para todos los colombófilos que residen en la ciudad de la Plata, podrán enviar sus pichones, embarcándolos en calle 7 y 51, Bar. el Parlamento, antes de las 13 horas, con un costo por caja de $ 30

2.20          Para todos los colombófilos del país que quieran enviar pichones, tendrán que llamar un día antes al teléfono 03329-423750 y decirme en que dirección y transporte se encontraran al día siguiente en las ciudades de Rosario o  en Capital Federal, por dicha dirección los pasare a buscar.

2.21          PARA PALOMAS EXTRANJERAS:  deberán enviar las palomas vía aérea, dirigidas al Colombodromo Internacional Argentino, CON LOS CERTIFICADOS EMITIDOS EN ORIGEN, DONDE SE LES SOLICITA LA SIGUIENTE DOCUMENTACION:

2.22          Datos del propietario: nombre y apellido

2.23          Lugar de residencia: calle, numero, localidad, provincia, país y código postal.

2.24          Teléfonos y fax.

2.25          Certificado sanitario emitido por autoridad competente: especificando:

2.26          Libre de parásitos internos y/o externos.

2.27          Libre de enfermedad de newcastle.

2.28          Libre de salmonelas.

2.29          Libre de la enfermedad de virus del nilo.

2.30          Libre de enfermedad de tricomonas.

2.31          La cuarentena animal se realizara en Argentina, que aproximadamente durara entre 10 y 15 días.

3º Cuidado de las palomas.

3.1. El cuidado de las palomas estará a cargo del cuidador contratado a tal efecto.

El mismo vivirá en el colombodromo, en la vivienda contigua.

3.2    Se les proveerá uno o dos entrenamientos diarios, de acuerdo a las necesidades.

3.3    La alimentación estará compuesta por semillas totalmente seleccionadas y  de muy buena calidad

3.4    El agua a discreción será provista por bebederos perfectamente acondicionados y desinfectados.

3.5    La sanidad será permanentemente supervisada por el doctor Héctor Funes, destacado medico veterinario en el área colombofila.

3.6    Los medicamentos serán provistos por el doctor Funes, único responsable de la sanidad de las aves.

4º El campeonato.

4.1    Previo al inicio del campeonato se realizaran entrenamientos en ruta en distancias progresivas.

4.2 CAMPEONATO OFICIAL 6 CARRERAS

VUELO SOBRE TIERRA, MAR Y OCEANO.

CAMPEONATO INDIVIDUAL DE 6 CARRERAS.

Agosto 2009.

1º Carrera Azul 350 Km.

2º Carrera Tandil 400 Km.

Septiembre 2009.

3º Carrera Balcarce 480 Km.

4º Carrera Mar del Plata 520 Km.

Octubre 2009.

5º Carrera Mar del Plata 520 +100 Km. Océano Atlántico.

Noviembre 2009.

6º Carrera Necochea 550 + 150 Km. Océano Atlántico.

5º Los concursos.

5.1. El encanastamiento se llevara a cabo el día anterior a la suelta a partir de las 16.00 horas para los concursos de : Azul, Tandil, Balcarce y mar del plata.

Para las dos últimas competencias se encanastara el día jueves a las 20 horas.

5.2. Los traslados al lugar de suelta se realizaran en un vehículo equipado con jaulas, con capacidad para la totalidad de las palomas participantes.

5.3. La hora de suelta será fijada  y comunicada a los participantes, mediante la pagina Web www.colombódromo-ar.com.ar Y EN EL FORO DE YAHOO ELGOLO277028

5.4. Durante la llegada de las palomas en concurso, solo podrá permanecer en el palomar el cuidador con su ayudante.

LA Duración de las carreras del Colombodromo Argentino.

5.5    PARA los concursos de: Azul, Tandil, Balcarce y Mar del Plata, se fija en 36 horas corridas a partir de la hora de suelta.

5.6    Para los dos  concursos del Océano Atlántico SE FIJA EN 60 HORAS CORRIDAS A PARTIR DE LA HORA DE SUELTA.

5.7    A los efectos del tiempo computable, SI habrá neutralización, MEDIA HORA DESPUES DE LA PUESTA DEL SOL, MEDIA HORA ANTES DE LA SALIDA DEL SOL.

 5.8      Durante la llegada de las palomas serán incentivadas para entrar por el cuidador, con los medios que el crea conveniente (caña, silbato, palabras, etc.)

5.9   Si la paloma desciende de la planchada al suelo o techo, podrá ser espantada para que regrese  a ella, si ha llegado sola.

5.10           En ningún caso la paloma podrá ser introducida con la mano en los túneles de la gatera, en caso que suceda esto la registracion será anulada.

6º La Constatacion.

6.1. La llegada de las palomas se constatara mediante un moderno sistema de gatera electrónico marca TAURIS DE ORIGEN ALEMANIA

Para constatar 9999 palomas.

Una vez ingresada la paloma a la gatera, el reloj toma la marcada y envía a un ordenador la constatación, este envía a una pantalla gigante la constatación de la paloma, especificando numero de la paloma, hora de llegada y propietario.

6.2  En caso de fallar el sistema de constatación electrónica se suspenderá la carrera y se volverá a realizar en un plazo de 15 días

6.3 Las planillas de constatación estarán a disposición de los participantes inmediatamente finalizada la competencia.

6.4 El arribo de las palomas será anunciado por altoparlantes, nombrando al propietario y ubicación, si el tiempo lo permite se dará a conocer el anillo de identificación.

7º El Resultado Final.

7.1. El campeonato se realizara en forma individual y será la ganadora aquella paloma que obtenga EL MENOR PUNTAJE EN TODAS LAS CARRERAS PROGRAMADAS, 1 PUNTO=1 MINUTO

8º Los Costos.

8.1. Se fija como costo de participación en el colombodromo  argentino 2009, CADA PICHON EN LA SUMA DE PESOS $ 200  palomas argentinas.

 EUROS 50 para palomas europeas.

Dólares 70 para el que desee abonar en dólares.

Entrada de ejemplares: Del 1º de junio 2008 hasta el 31 de diciembre 2008.

Única promoción: Si envía 13 pichones abona

$ 2.000.

Si los 3 suplentes están al empezar el campeonato oficial abonan $ 200 por cada uno.

 Pudiéndose hacer: en  efectivo, o con valores con fecha diferida a 30 y 60 días.

8.5. Las palomas morosas no se encanastaran en ninguna carrera programada, pero si se pondrán a remate, para resarcir los perjuicios ocasionados a la organización, además el colombófilo no podrá enviar mas palomas a su nombre en este colombodromo.

Se hará conocer la lista de morosos, en publicación de la página del colombodromo.

9º Los premios.

SOBRE LA BASE DE ENTRADA DE 2000 PICHONES, SE ESTABLECEN LOS SIGUIENTES PREMIOS:

En caso de aumentar o disminuir la entrada de palomas, los premios se otorgaran en forma proporcional.
